How To Use

Start with Flaky Itchy Scalp Shampoo and follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley Conditioner.

Towel-dry your hair, then apply the Toner to your scalp in 1-inch sections using the nozzle. (Tip your head back to avoid the product in your eyes.)

Massage in with fingertips and do not rinse. Comb and style as usual. For hard-to-reach areas, use cotton buds.

You can also apply the Toner to dry hair throughout the day for a refreshing boost.
